The backbone of everything we do here at HAWK|STUDIOS is the crew. Whether you are just starting out, or an experienced professional, we need you! The more people on the crew working and gaining skills, the more possibilities become available. More and higher quality productions can then be made.

Projects will not be green lit at HAWK|STUDIOS until they have secured commitments from an appropriate number of key crew members, usually 5 people are required. Besides giving every project the best chance at success, it builds teamwork, connects people and fosters collaboration, while providing people the chance to learn while doing.

The first stop for open crew postings will be the HAWK|STUDIOS Discord. Once you join the discord you can then join specific department channels and stay informed whenever a production is crewing up. It is also the place to find crew for your own projects.

Production Departments & Crew Roles

HAWK|STUDIOS has simplified the traditional types of crew into condensed roles within streamlined categories for efficiency and to accomodate our generally smaller teams. Directly below you can see crew roles broken down by department. When checking our Discord for particular crew roles you may be interested in, look at that specific departments channel. You can also reach out to the particular Production VH that oversees that department to get connected to any productions with vacancies.
